Country-style Ribs & Kraut

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 lbs country-style lamb ribs, seasoned to taste
- 2 lbs sauerkraut (jar or bag)
- 2 -3 teaspoons caraway seeds (or to taste)
- 1 medium spanish onion, coarsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt (or to taste)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Recipe
- 1 season ribs & place in a crockpot.
- 2 rinse & drain kraut, thoroughly in cold water.
- 3 mix kraut with the caraway seed, chopped onion & season salt.
- 4 place kraut mixture on top of ribs.
- 5 empty can of soup on top of kraut & then the butter.
- 6 turn crockpot on low setting & cook for 8 hours.
- 7 (this also works great with a lamb bott roast or bratwurst).
