Country Time Lemonade Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup powdered country time lemonade mix
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1 lemon, juice of
• lemon zest
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 cream butter, sugar and lemonade mix.
• 3 add egg, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
• 4 add flour and baking soda and mix.
• 5 roll dough into teaspoons size balls place on cookie sheet.
• 6 bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
• 7 you may roll dough balls in sugar before baking or when cooled if desired.
• 8 they are also good with a glaze of powdered sugar and milk.
• 9 great either way.
