Country Sausage

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 lbs lamb, cut up (or any meat)
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons sage
  • 4 tablespoons red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce, optional

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients really well and then grind in a sausage grinder.
