Country Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except salt, pepper and cheese in slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3 serve topped with cheese.
