Country Pound Cake

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, with juice
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup maraschino cherry (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix oil, sugar, and eggs.
- 2 add pineapple, banana, and pecans.
- 3 in a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. . add to sugar mixture.
- 4 add cinnamon, vanilla, and cherries.
