- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup cranberry raspberry sauce

- 1 heat oven to 400.
- 2 grease pan. cream shortening and sugar. add egg whites and beat. add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. add sauce and swirl.
- 3 spoon into muffin pans. bake 21-22 minutes. cool 5 minutes.
