Cranberry Vinegar

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup mild honey
  • 1 (2 inch) cinnamon sticks

Recipe

  • 1 wash cranberries and pat dry.
  • 2 in a medium stainless or enamel pot combine berries with the vinegar, honey, and cinnamon stick.
  • 3 bring to a full rolling boil.
