Apple Torte

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 lb butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 dash salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 4 cups chopped apples, chopped

Recipe

• 1 cream sugar and butter.
• 2 add eggs, one at a time.
• 3 mix in the vanilla and beat well.
• 4 mix flour, cinnamon, and soda and add to above mixture.
• 5 add chopped nuts and apples.
• 6 spread in a 13 x 9 cake pan.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
• 8 serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
