Crazy Easy Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup baking mix, such as bisquick
• 1 cup buttermilk (can substitute with 1/4 cup milk 3/4 cup plain yogurt)
• 5 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 eggs

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with hand mixer on low speed until smooth.
• 3 pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake in center of oven for 45-50 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
