Ingredients

- 3 fresh zucchini
- 3 yellow squash
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dried parsley (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 slice the vegetables.
- 2 mix oil, soy in zipper bag
- 3 add zucchini and squash.
- 4 coat in mixture then place on cookie sheet.
- 5 salt and pepper the vegetables.
- 6 bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until desired tenderness.
