Country Style Steak And Gravy

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb cube steak
- flour
- salt and pepper (as desired)
- 2 teaspoons wylers beef bouillon granules
- cold water
Recipe
- 1 roll steak in flour and fry real brown.
- 2 take steak up and add flour to grease,brown.
- 3 in a cup,add bouillon to hot water to dissolve.
- 4 add to the ammount of cold water you have in a bowl as to how much gravy you wish to make.
- 5 add water to browned flour and put steak over in the gravy;let come to a boil.
- 6 pour the steak and gravy in a double boiler; steam on low heat for 3 hours.
- 7 enjoy!
- 8 **i have also put the steak and gravy in a pyrex dish.
- 9 cover it with foil,then put it in the oven on 300-325* for 2-1/2-3 hours.
- 10 the meat is sooo tender fixed both ways!
- 11 you may need to adjust the oven time, based on how your oven cooks.
