Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh large shrimp
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 fresh limes
- piri-piri, sauce (to marinade)
Recipe
- 1 admire the shrimp, then clean them.
- 2 let shrimp sit in sea salt & lime juice for ½ to 1 hour.
- 3 put shrimps on skewers.
- 4 dip liberally in piri-piri sauce.
- 5 bbq for 3 minutes on each side.
