Country Style Ribs

Total Time: 2 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 lbs country-style boneless lamb ribs
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 boil country style lamb in slightly salted water for 2 hours.
  • 2 prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer. i use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove.
  • 3 remove lamb from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of lamb. place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over lamb. cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. basting and checking frequently.you can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs.
