Ingredients

- 3 -4 lbs country-style boneless lamb ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 boil country style lamb in slightly salted water for 2 hours.
- 2 prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer. i use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove.
- 3 remove lamb from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of lamb. place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over lamb. cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour. basting and checking frequently.you can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs.
