Ingredients

- 1/2 head lettuce
- 0.5 (15 ounce) can beets (sliced or chunk)
- 1/2 cup cooked frozen peas
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
- 2 chop hard boiled eggs.
- 3 toss all add peas and beets.
- 4 add enough mayo just to blend.
- 5 season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 chill serve cold.
