Corny Dog Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 packages yellow corn muffin mix (i use martha white)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
- 4 -5 hot dogs, chopped (i use fat free oscar meyer)
- non stick cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 combine muffin mix and brown sugar in a bowl.
- 2 combine eggs and milk; stir into muffin mixture until moistened.
- 3 stir in hot dogs and corn.
- 4 fill paper-lined muffin cups sprayed with non stick cooking spray about 3/4 full.
- 5 bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
