Banana Whole Wheat Sourdough Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1/3 cup dry powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sourdough starter
Recipe
- 1 mix all but last 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- 2 in another bowl combine final four ingredients till well bleneded.
- 3 add liquid to the dry gradually.
- 4 spoon into muffin tins and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
