Bacon Cornbread

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 pour into a greased 8" square baking dish.
  • 3 sprinkle w/bacon and paprika.
  • 4 bake at 375 for 20-25 min or until passes the toothpick test.
  • 5 serve warm.
