Bacon Cornbread

Ingredients

- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 pour into a greased 8" square baking dish.
- 3 sprinkle w/bacon and paprika.
- 4 bake at 375 for 20-25 min or until passes the toothpick test.
- 5 serve warm.
