Cottage Cheese Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices raisin whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (your sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients except bread in blender & process until smooth.
  • 2 toast bread.
  • 3 spread mixture on toast and top with any of the following:.
  • 4 sliced strawberries; sliced bananas; fresh or canned pineapple; blueberries; diced apples; or, any other topping that suit you.
