Ingredients

- 4 slices raisin whole wheat bread
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (your sugar substitute)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except bread in blender & process until smooth.
- 2 toast bread.
- 3 spread mixture on toast and top with any of the following:.
- 4 sliced strawberries; sliced bananas; fresh or canned pineapple; blueberries; diced apples; or, any other topping that suit you.
