- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 pounds potatoes, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste

- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- in a large bowl mix chicken soup and mushroom soup with water; whisk well. place lamb chops in a large baking dish. arrange potatoes on top, then pour soup mixture over entire dish. bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
