- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 medium banana
Recipe
- 1 put 1 cup cottage cheese (lowfat) in a bowl, top with banana slices.
- 2 shake about 1 tablespoon (or to taste) ground cinnamon then drizzle about 2 tablespoons worth of clover all purpose honey.
- 3 take a spoon and enjoy!
