Cottage Cheese And Veggie Dip (low Fat)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup scallion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • parsley sprig (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 blend the first 6 ingredients in blender.
  • 2 spoon into a serving bowl. whisk in yogurt.
  • 3 serve at room temperature, garnished with parsley.
