Ingredients

- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup scallion, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup green pepper, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- parsley sprig (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 blend the first 6 ingredients in blender.
- 2 spoon into a serving bowl. whisk in yogurt.
- 3 serve at room temperature, garnished with parsley.
