Ingredients
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 5 olives, i use stuffed green olives
- 2 ounces turkey
- 1 tablespoon low fat balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 put lettuce leaf on a plate. first, lay the turkey slice on the lettuce. spread the cottage cheese evenly over that and top with 5 olives. pour a tablespoon of low calorie balsamic vinaigrette over the ingredients.
- 2 place the other lettuce leaf over the toppings and roll the "sandwich" up to contain the ingredients.
- 3 it's tasty, but a little messy. enjoy!
