Cranberry Waldorf (a Healthier Version)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries, chopped (can pulse in food processor)
  • 1 cup chopped red apple
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup green seedless grape, halved
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all tossing to coat.
  • 2 cover and chill 2 hours.
  • 3 can garnish with sugar-dipped cranberries.
