Cranberry White Chocolate Fudge

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frosting
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Recipe

  • 1 line 8 or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges; spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 melt chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, then remove from heat.
  • 3 in medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and frosting; blend well.
  • 4 stir in melted chips, walnuts, cranberries and orange peel, then spread in foil-lined pan.
  • 5 refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm; remove fudge from pan by lifting foil;
  • 6 remove foil from fudge.
  • 7 cut into squares & serve fudge at room temperature.
