Cookie Dough Floating Chocolate Cupcakes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 (16 1/2 ounce) bags nestle's break and bake chocolate chip cookie dough
  • your favorite icing

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 line cupcake pan with cupcake papers.
  • 3 in a large mixing bag, stir together the first six ingredients.
  • 4 add all other ingredients except cookie dough and beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes on medium until thick.
  • 5 fill cupcake papers 2/3 full with batter and place one square of the cookie dough in the center of each.
  • 6 bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • 7 cool and ice with your favorite icing.
