Cranberry-glazed Lamb Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs boneless lamb loin roast
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon dry
  • 1/2 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 340f.
  • 2 in small saucepan, stir together all ingredients except lamb.
