Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs chocolate bark, melted

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
  • 2 add vanilla.
  • 3 gradually beat in flour and add milk.
  • 4 add chocolate morsels and pecans, mixing well.
  • 5 shape into 1-inch balls.
  • 6 place on waxed paper; chill 2 hours.
  • 7 melt chocolate bark candy coating in a double boiler.
  • 8 using 2 forks, dip cookie balls into candy coating to cover.
  • 9 place on waxed paper and chill to set.
  • 10 store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
