Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs chocolate bark, melted
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
- 2 add vanilla.
- 3 gradually beat in flour and add milk.
- 4 add chocolate morsels and pecans, mixing well.
- 5 shape into 1-inch balls.
- 6 place on waxed paper; chill 2 hours.
- 7 melt chocolate bark candy coating in a double boiler.
- 8 using 2 forks, dip cookie balls into candy coating to cover.
- 9 place on waxed paper and chill to set.
- 10 store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
