Wonnie Burgers!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound bulk lamb sausage
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large sweet onion, diced
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • mix the ground beef, lamb sausage, parmesan cheese, eggs, sweet onion, garlic, onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until evenly incorporated. shape into 10 patties.
  • cook on the preheated grill until the burgers are cooked through and no longer pink in the center, about 10 minutes per side. an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees f (70 degrees c).
