- 4 cups orange juice
- 2 medium bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 in blender place half the orange juice, bananas, cranberries, milk, sugar and ice cubes. cover and blend.
- 2 pour into pitcher or chilled glasses.
- 3 repeat with remaining ingredients. serve.
