Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 soak oats and buttermilk overnight.
- 2 in bowl, mix eggs, oat mixture and cooled butter.
- 3 mix dry ingredients and add to bowl.
