Crêpes

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (4.5 cups)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons (optional)
  • 12 ounces (1 can)
  • 500 ml milk (2 cups)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix flour/salt/baking powder - add oil, and eggs - mix very well until dough is nice and smooth.

  • 11 savoury crêpes: ham + swiss cheese + egg / smoked salmon + heavy cream (or sour cream) / goat cheese or feta + spinach + ham / béchamel sauce + mushrooms + swiss cheese.
