Crêpes

Ingredients
- 500 g flour (4.5 cups)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons (optional)
- 12 ounces (1 can)
- 500 ml milk (2 cups)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix flour/salt/baking powder - add oil, and eggs - mix very well until dough is nice and smooth.

- 11 savoury crêpes: ham + swiss cheese + egg / smoked salmon + heavy cream (or sour cream) / goat cheese or feta + spinach + ham / béchamel sauce + mushrooms + swiss cheese.
