Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 package yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix together flour, water, and yeast.
- 2 let sit overnight, covered, on counter.
- 3 in the morning, add remaining ingredients and beat until thin.
- 4 cook fast on a hot, ungreased griddle.
