Couscous With Pepperoni And Broccoli

Ingredients

- 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce) package couscous with sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) package pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup kalamata olive, pitted and quartered
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet over medium heat, cook broccoli, garlic and pepper in oil 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- 2 add water and flavor packet from couscous; bring to a boil.
- 3 remove from heat. stir in couscous and pepperoni. cover. let stand 7 minutes. sprinkle with olives and serve.
