County Fair Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• pepper
• 2 1/2-3 lbs chicken pieces
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine

Recipe

• 1 combine parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
• 2 mix egg and milk.
• 3 dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture.
• 4 place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.
• 5 pour butter over chicken; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
