Cream & Cheddar Cheese Sausage Balls

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb country sausage (neese's hot or regular)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups bisquick
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients well. a dough hook on a kitchen aid mixer works well or you can use your hands.
  • 2 roll into 1" balls.
  • 3 bake @ 400° for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
