Couscous And Curried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, carrots,cauliflower,& asparagus
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 teaspoon chicken flavor instant bouillon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup dry couscous

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • 2 add chicken; cook and stir 6-9 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring constantly.
  • 3 add vegetables, beans, bouillon, water, curry, and cumin.
