Courtney's Yummy Non-calorific Onion Broth!

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 large white onions
- 1 liter water
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop the onions into rings then dry fry them for 10 mins.
- 2 sprinkle in the flour (to thicken the juices) and stir for a minute.
- 3 add the water and crumbled up stock cubes and bring up to the boil.
- 4 liquidise this mixture using preferably a hand held blender thingy (haha).
- 5 serve and enjoy!
