Courtney's Yummy Non-calorific Onion Broth!

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large white onions
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour

Recipe

  • 1 peel and chop the onions into rings then dry fry them for 10 mins.
  • 2 sprinkle in the flour (to thicken the juices) and stir for a minute.
  • 3 add the water and crumbled up stock cubes and bring up to the boil.
  • 4 liquidise this mixture using preferably a hand held blender thingy (haha).
  • 5 serve and enjoy!
