- 6 potatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 dash milk
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes and drain.
- 2 beat with mixer until smooth.
- 3 add cream cheese, butter and milk.
- 4 put in casserole dish with pats of additional butter on top.
- 5 bake for 20-25 minutes at 300 to 350 degrees.
