Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
Recipe
- 1 measure out the ingredients into a bowl.
- 2 using an electric mixer, or vigorous your hand mixing skills, blend the ingredients till smooth- about 1-3 minutes, depending on your vigor :).
- 3 scoop the icing onto your cake/whatever you were going to ice, and spread evenly.
