Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 5 lbs baking potatoes
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
Recipe
- 1 peel and cook potatoes.
- 2 mash potatoes with next 5 ingredients.
- 3 spoon into 13x9 lightly greased baking dish.
- 4 bake covered at 325 for 50 minutes.
- 5 (you can make ahead and refrigerate. let dish come to room temperature for 30 minutes and then bake as directed.).
