Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup knott light raspberry-cranberry preserves
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (or craisins)
- 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast (or 3 tsp. active dry yeast)
Recipe
- 1 set machine setting for"light", if able.
- 2 add all ingredients as per machine instructions.
- 3 operate machine.
- 4 enjoy your loaf!
