Cranberry-raspberry Bread

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup knott light raspberry-cranberry preserves
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries (or craisins)
  • 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast (or 3 tsp. active dry yeast)

Recipe

  • 1 set machine setting for"light", if able.
  • 2 add all ingredients as per machine instructions.
  • 3 operate machine.
  • 4 enjoy your loaf!
