- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
- 2 mash potatoes until smooth.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
