- pour the milk into a bowl; soak the rolls in the milk for about 15 minutes.

- 1 preheat oven to 375° f. combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
- 2 beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. gradually beat in flour mixture. stir in morsels and nuts and oatmeal or rice crispies.
- 3 drop by rounded tablespoon ungreased baking sheets. make sure the dough is cold and the cookie sheet cool to the touch!
- 4 bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. .
- 5 pan cookie variation: grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. prepare dough as above. spread into prepared pan. bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. cool in pan on wire rack. makes 4 dozen bars.

- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- prepare a shallow roasting pan with foil and spray the foil with non stick cooking spray. place ribs on foil and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
- while ribs are baking, heat chili sauce, plum sauce and soy sauce in a 1 quart saucepan to boiling; stirring constantly. set aside.
- after ribs have cooked for 45 minutes brush them with 1/2 cup of the sauce and place back in oven and bake until tender; 45 to 60 minutes. while ribs are baking, brush them 2 or 3 times with the remaining sauce.

- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbells cheddar cheese soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbells fiesta nacho cheese soup

- 1 cook diced potatoes as directed on the package.
- 2 while that cooks, brown hamburger in a large skillet, adding the taco seasoning toward the beginning of the browning process.
- 3 drain excess grease from hamburger.
- 4 stir rotel (drained) and cheese soup in with the beef and cook on a low heat.
- 5 add potatoes. stir thoroughly.
