Apple Cream Crumb Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pound cake, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 medium granny smith apples
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f
  • 2 cut pound cake into 16 slices using serrated knife. cover bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan with cake slices.
  • 3 in 2 quart bowl combine cream cheese and sugar. whisk in sour cream, egg and vanilla until well blended ; spread evenly over cake slices.
  • 4 peel, core and slice apples. cut slices crosswise in half; layer apples evenly over cream cheese mixture.

  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar

  • 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 6 cups oats (if steel-cut, soak overnight first)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk (optional)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400.
  • 2 mix dry ingredients.
  • 3 add wet ingredients.

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • warm milk

  • fresh fruit

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in the center of oven.
  • 2 lightly oil 8" square glass baking dish.

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup butter, plus
  • 2 teaspoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • fresh blueberries, and
  • fresh raspberry, and
  • sliced strawberry

  • 1 place egg whites in a large mixing bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
