bacon wrapped mushroom meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef chuck
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 pound ground lamb

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mushroom-flavored soup base
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 pound bacon strips

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
