Meatloaf With

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 2/3 pound ground beef
  • 2/3 pound ground lamb
  • 2/3 pound ground veal
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup

    Ready Time: 1 hr 15 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • combine ground beef, ground lamb, ground veal, eggs, bread crumbs, pale , onion, 3 tablespoons ketchup, mustard, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. transfer mixture to prepared baking sheet; shape into 10x5x2-inch loaf. spread 1/3 cup ketchup on top of the loaf.
  • bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 60 to 65 minutes. an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees f (70 degrees c). cool meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing.
