Cookies 'n' Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
- 3 1/2 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookie (11 cookies)
- 9 inches chocolate crumb crusts
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, combine the cream and pudding mix; beat on medium speed for 1 minute. let stand for 5 minutes. fold in whipped topping and cookies. spoon into crust. freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. (may be frozen for up to 3 months).
- 2 remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
