Blueberry Summer Cobbler

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup third less fat margarine, such as imperial
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute, divided
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 melt margarine in a shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
- 3 combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and vanilla in mixing bowl; pour evenly over melted margarine.
- 4 combine berries, remaining 1/4 cup sugar (which has been combined with cinnamon& nutmeg) and water.
- 5 spoon evenly over flour mixture.
- 6 do not stir.
- 7 bake 40 to 45 minutes, until bubbling and top is golden brown.
