Autumn Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 combine cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
  • 3 stir in pureed pumpkin, spice and eggs; mix until well combined.
  • 4 pour into pie shell.
  • 5 bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean.
  • 6 serve warm and enjoy!
