Black Bottom Cupcakes (the Correct Recipe!)

Ingredients
- batter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup hershey's powdered baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cream cheese, filling
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces chocolate chips (1/2 bag of chips)
Recipe
- 1 sift together dry ingredients.
- 2 mix water, oil and vanilla together.
- 3 mix dry and wet ingredients together to make a batter.
- 4 blend cream cheese, sugar and egg together.
- 5 fill cupcake liners 1/3 full with chocolate batter. then drop in one heaping teaspoon cream cheese mixture into center of batter.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees.
- 7 after cupcakes have cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar across the top of all cupcakes.
